The Real Deal:

Fit Body Boot Camp is one of the most unique, creative and fun workouts that we have tried in a while.  Irma Sandoval, the instructor, was so full of energy and enthusiasm…and it was 6:00am!!!  In the beginning, the boot camp was offered as a traditional beach workout, but was soon moved to the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics because too many clients were getting bored of the same thing day after day.  Some clients loved the concept so much that they actually became instructors.  The facilities are amazing, you can’t help but smile as you walk in.  Between the balance beams, trampoline, rings, bars, and so much more, how could you ever get bored!!!

Know Before You Go:

  • Classes are offered Monday-Friday at 5:00, 6:00 and 8:00 am
  • Bring a towel and plenty of water
  • Parking is FREE

Kacie and Julie

Kacie and Julie say:

We had so much fun at Fit Body Boot Camp.  We were excited from the pictures on-line, but had no idea what we were in store for until we showed up at the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics in Culver City.  We couldn’t wait to start the class and were jumping around like little kids.  We started with a warm-up around the gym which started on the trampoline, then we crawled under three balance beams, ran up a few steps and across the tumbling mats and ended in a big pit of foam squares!  We continued with circuit training…jumping boxes, toning, more trampoline (our favorite), wall squats with the exercise ball, and much much more!  Later we partnered up for sprints and ended the class with abs and stretching.  This class will bring out the kid in you, and isn’t that a great start to your day!!
